Representative Tim Huelskamp (R-KS) talked about his priorities for the fiscal year 2013 budget. In his remarks Representative Huelskamp, a member of the House Tea Party Caucus, said the federal budget is “a spending problem, not a revenue problem.” He also commented on Indiana Senator Dick Lugar’s primary loss to tea party movement candidate Richard Mourdoch. He responded to telephone calls and electronic communications.
