Colombia Ambassador to the U.S. Juan Carlos Pinzon talked about his country’s recent vote rejecting a peace accord between the Colombian government and the rebel group Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC.) Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos extended the ceasefire with FARC rebels due to expire October 31st through the end of 2016.
