William Least Heat-Moon talked about Roads to Quoz: An American Mosey (Little, Brown and Company; October 29, 2008). In his first road trip book since Blue Highways, Mr. Least Heat-Moon, accompanied by his wife, visited small-town America in Missouri, Kentucky, Wyoming, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Florida, and other states, in search of quoz (an 18th-century word meaning anything out of the ordinary). He responded to audience members' questions following his remarks at this 7 p.m. PT program on November 10, 2008, at the Seattle Public Library’s Main Branch. close
