Air Quality at Ground Zero
Many first responders and rescue workers who worked at the site of the terrorist attacks are suffering from lung problems and other health issues. The Environmental Protection Agency has been criticized recently for saying in September 2001 that the air at the World Trade Center site was not harmful.
