In remarks often critical of the media establishment, Bill Moyers, former host of Public Broadcasting Service’s Now, talked about the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB), past and future management of PBS programming decisions, political pressures and bias in presenting various content on the network, free speech issues, and the state of journalism. He was very critical of the present leadership of the CPB and the conservative criticism of public television. He also talked about his own political leanings and their place in public forums. close
