Panelists gave a moderated analysis of the first three conference addresses at a symposium on the future of public television hosted by the University of Chicago’s Cultural Policy Center. The previous speakers were Pat Mitchell, president and CEO of PBS; Dr. Jerold M. Starr, executive director of Citizens for Independent Public Broadcasting; and Kathleen Cox, president and CEO of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
