As members of Congress returned for a lame-duck session, activists held a rally in support of a two-year moratorium on pork-barrel legislation and to stop the passage of other legislation. Attending the event were Republican House members Michele Bachmann, Republican Party Conference Chair Mike Pence, and some of their newly-elected House colleagues.
