This seminar, hosted by the DC Bar Association, examined the manner in which the Department of Justice has assumed its enforcement responsibilities under a number of provisions of the Copyright Act, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and the Economic Espionage Act. Also considered was the role that the newly formed Intellectual Property Task Force will play. After prepared remarks, panelists responded to questions and comments from the audience. close
