President Obama began his bus tour through the Midwest states talking about U.S. jobs and the economy. He told the crowd, “Our biggest challenge is putting people to work,” and blamed Congress for not doing enough to spur job growth. The town hall style meeting was held on the banks of the Cannon River in Lower Hannah’s Bend Park, Minnesota.
