President Clinton talked to reporters about the Middle East peace process and the resumption of talks between Israel and Syria. After his prepared remarks he answered questions from reporters regarding the Cuban refugee Elian Gonzelez, the World Trade Organization meetings, education and health care issues, and other national issues.
