David Frum, a speech writer and special assistant to President George W. Bush from 2001-2002, has authored five books, including The Right Man: The Surprise Presidency of George W. Bush. Jacques Berlinerblau is the author of Thumpin' It: The Use and Abuse of the Bible in Today’s Presidential Politics (Westminster John Knox Press; December 3, 2007).
