Journalists and former officials spoke about the changing relationship between the press corps and the White House, particularly as a result of a 24-hour news cycle and the introduction of the Internet. They offered personal recollections of their experiences and contrasted those experiences to current operations at the White House. Following their remarks they answered questions from members of the audience.

This was the fifth of a series of roundtables on the presidency. close
