Anthony Carnevale talked about the results of a Georgetown University study on the types of jobs regained since 2008, “The College Advantage: Weathering the Economic Storm,” and he responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. According to the report, almost half of the jobs lost in the recession have been recovered, with virtually all of those jobs requiring some form of post-secondary education.
