Mr. Polk talks about his book Polk’s Folly: An American Family History, published by Doubleday. The book surveys the history of the author’s family, which includes such notable ancestors as the 11th President of the United States, James K. Polk, diplomat Frank Polk, and Texas cattle baron James H. Polk, among others. After his presentation he signed books for audience members.
