Politicians from both the Republican and Democratic parties gave their reactions to President Obama’s 2014 State of the Union Address the previous evening. House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), Democratic National Committee Chair Debbie Wasserman Shultz (D-FL) and others discussed the legislative prospects for immigration reform, raising the minimum wage, and other items on President Obama’s agenda.
