Gil Kerlikowske talked about Obama administration efforts in combating drug trafficking. He said cocaine use in the U.S. has declined 39 percent since 2006 , and attributed the decrease to an overall decline in drug use in the country. He also said that the White House shifted drug control strategy to focus more on prevention and treatment and less on law enforcement in 2010. Afterward, he answered questions from the audience. close
