Panelists participated in a discussion on a national broadband plan from the viewpoints of the government and the non-profit sectors. The economic stimulus package called of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to develop a plan to provide all Americans access to high-speed internet. Panelists focused on innovation and development of means to facilitate civic engagement through new technology and the use of cyberspace. They answered questions from the audience.
