The book is about Susette Kelo’s eminent domain battle to keep her house in Connecticut. She lost her appeal of Kelo v. City of New London to U.S. Supreme Court, which inspired the change of eminent domain laws of 42 states. Ms. Kelo and Scott Bullock, who argued the losing eminent domain case before the Supreme Court, also spoke. The panelists responded to audience members' questions following their remarks.
