Marc Rotenberg talked about questions raised by recent disclosures that cell phones and other devices contain tracking software that records users' locations. Mr. Rotenberg also responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. Senator Al Franken (D-MN) and Representative Ed Markey (D-MA, and co-chair of the House Bipartisan Privacy Caucus) wrote letters to Apple Chief Executive Officer Steve Jobs citing privacy concerns and asking questions about the tracking. close
