Standing in front of boxes of letters from American citizens opposing U.S. involvement in the United Nations, participants called for legislation to discontinue participation in the U.N. Among the topics addressed were the role of international organizations, the ongoing U.N. Millennium Summit, sovereignty, and payment of U.N. dues. Following their remarks they answered questions from reporters.
