Marking the second anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, Stan Tiner gave his personal perspective on Hurricane Katrina and recovery efforts along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. His experiences included keeping his newspaper, the Biloxi Sun-Herald, publishing during the storm and through the months of recovery efforts.
