The House Government Reform Committee reviewed persistent problems with military pay. Witnesses testified about administrative and processing problems which had resulted in debt collection actions, steps taken to resolve the problem payment issues, and test procedures implemented at finance and medical units around the country. Several current and former members of the military and National Guard spoke bout their experiences as a result of the pay problems. close
