Representative Paul Ryan (R-WI) gave the 2012 “Perspectives in Leadership” speech at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. He spoke about the legacy of the former president, and compared the Republican Party agenda during the Reagan administration to the current legislative agenda. He also responded to questions from the audience.
