Participants spoke at a rally on the National Mall to promote freedom and democracy in Iraq, empower Iraqi Americans, and support U.S troops deployed in the Persian Gulf. Several former Iraqi prisoners appeared on the stage and Former Representative Dornan delivered the keynote address.
