Jim Rowley spoke by Skype about the continuing resolution passed by the House to fund the federal government past March 27 through the end of the fiscal year on September 30, 2013. The bill would authorize continued funding at the level mandated by sequestration while defining further implementation of those spending levels. He talked about the amendments likely to be offered in the Senate.
