A service was held at the Pan Am 103 Memorial Cairn in Arlington National Cemetery to remember those lost 19 years ago when Libyan terrorists brought down Pan American Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland, on December 21, 1988, killing 243 passengers, 16 crew, and 11 residents of Lockerbie.
