Christopher Preble, a co-editor, and Paul Pillar, a contributor to the book, spoke about Terrorizing Ourselves: Why U.S. Counterterrorism Policy is Failing and How to Fix It (Cato Institute, 2010). The book took a critical look at U.S. counter-terrorism policy and argues that better alternatives should pursued. Following their remarks they answered questions from members of the audience.
