Topics included the protection of a market by the courts, the enforcement of copyright, as arbitrators of commercial disputes, and the safety of whistle blowers and lawyers in developing countries. They answered questions from the audience. Supreme Court Justices Souder, Breyer, and former Justice O'Connor were in attendance.
