Telephone lines, including a line only for veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan, were open for viewer comments on the question: “Should Congress Return and Vote on Iraq and, Syria?” Jacqueline Klimas, Capitol Hill reporter for the Washington Times, talked by telephone about how members of Congress were responding to calls for them to return and vote on the use of military action in Syria and Iraq.
