Kimberly Trinkle was interviewed by telephone about the video she produced with her twin sister Kaitlin Trinkle and Kaela Jennings, Domestic Surveillance and Its Effect on the American Public. The video was one of the third prize-winners in C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam video documentary contest. This was a national competition in which middle and high school students produced a documentary exploring a current political topic using some C-SPAN footage and covering multiple viewpoints. Kaitlin Trinkle, Kimberly Trinkle, and Kaela Jennings are 12th grade students at Hilliard Davidson High School in Hilliard, Ohio. The video examined the current controversy about the domestic surveillance of international communications by the National Security Agency. close
