Officials talked to reporters about their report on an investigation into the United Nations Oil-for-Food Program. The report implicated former head of the program Benon Sevan in fraudulent money diversion and kickbacks associated with the program and recommended that his diplomatic immunity be waived to pursue criminal investigations. Following their remarks they responded to questions from reporters. Former Chairman of the Federal Reserve, Paul Volker was the Independent Inquiry Committee Chairman. close
