The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee held a hearing on the nomination of Susan E. Dudley to be administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, a division of the Office of Management and Budget. Ms. Dudley had been the director of the Regulatory Studies Program of the Mercatus Center at George Mason University until her nomination. She was introduced by Sen. John Warner.
