President Obama talked about his jobs bill to students at Manchester High School. Near the beginning of his remarks he was interrupted by protesters employing the public microphone popularized by the movement to occupy Wall Street. He acknowledged their frustrations and then continued on with his comments. He urged Congress to extend the Social Security payroll tax cuts.
