Panelists talked about NATO expansion and alliances, and European security following the end of the Cold War. The panel was made up of former Russian, German, and Polish officials, and topics also included Russia’s relationship with NATO and intervention in Ukraine. The panel was moderated by Margaret Warner of PBS NewsHour, and NATO’s Deputy Assistant Secretary General also spoke by video link.
