Secretary Mo Mowlam talked to reporters about the stalled implementation of the Good Friday Agreement. She said while both republican and loyalist groups needed to build trust and confidence. She said that the crux of the current dispute were loyalist calls for immediate disarming within the Irish Republican Army. After her comments, she answered questions from the reporters. close
