Secretary of Energy Hazel O’Leary outlined President Bill Clinton’s position on nuclear weapons and proliferation. The group she spoke to stated thier mission as against the use of nuclear weapons. She spoke on increased cooperation between the government and industry. Following her remarks the secretary took questions from the assembled audience. The meeting closed with remarks from the organization’s founder and chair, Stanley Weiss. close
