The panelists, including former administration officials and members of Congress, talked about the foreign policy and domestic issues that would face the next presidential administration. Topics included the presidential campaign, the 2008 political party conventions, racial conflict, the war in Iraq, the U.S. economy and the weak dollar, drug safety, and international trade. Morton Kondracke moderated. The panelists responded to questions submitted by audience members.
