House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi spoke to reporters about Speaker Boehner’s “Plan B” proposal to avoid to avoid “fiscal cliff” impending tax increases and budget cuts at the end of 2012. The bill would raise income taxes on those making $1 million a year or more, and addressed the estate tax, investment income, and the alternative minimum tax.
