Panelists talked about the roles of navigators, in-person assistants, and brokers in helping Americans purchase health insurance through both federal and state health insurance exchanges. They released a survey on how well the process worked during the initial open-enrollment period of the HealthCare.gov Web site. They also discussed changes expected for the next open enrollment period of November 15, 2014, through February 15, 2015, and in the future.
