Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel gave the commencement address to the 2014 graduating class of the U.S. Naval Academy. Secretary Hagel spoke about leadership and the challenges facing the Navy in the 21st century. He also talked about the importance of combating sexual assault in the military. Navy Secretary Ray Mabus and Naval Academy Superintendent Vice Admiral Michael Miller also provided remarks. close
