Mr. Ritter answered questions concerning U.S. policy towards Iraq and his recent resignation from UNSCOM. He accused the Clinton Administration of undermining its own policy of Iraqi disarmament. He also warned that Iraq, unchecked, could rearm itself with chemical and biological weapons within a matter of months.
