Ambassador Bolton testified about reform efforts at the United Nations and the outcome of the recent high-level event, or summit meeting, of approximately 150 heads of state that resulted in an outcome document for United Nations change. It was noted that the outcome document lacked detail. Mr. Brown testified about topics such as increased budget for humanitarian aid, the new Human Rights Council, finding weapons of mass destruction, and peacekeeping. close
