Governors and panelists discussed the future of national surface transportation. Of particular concern were increasing congestion, sources of funding, and the need to maintain and update infrastructure. The participants answered questions about transportation policy solutions to pollution, in hopes of a greener, more efficient energy future. The event was held at the J.W. Marriott Hotel.
