Sharon Burke talked about U.S. national security policy and the agendas put forth in Congress and by the Bush administration. The previous day, her group along with House and Senate Democrats released a report, "In The Neo Con: The Bush Defense Record by the Numbers," which analyzed seven national security policy areas: Iraq, terrorism, Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, the condition of the American military, and China. She was the principal author of the report. She also responded to telephone calls and electronic mail.
