Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano discussed the department's work with international partners to strengthen global travel, trade networks, and cyber security. She recently returned from the G-6 meeting of interior ministers in Paris as well as visits with counterparts in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. In her remarks talked about her visit to Doha, Qatar, where she signed a bilateral aviation security agreement, and said U.S. national security is dependent on international partnerships and alliances like the one with Qatar. Secretary Napolitano answered questions from audience members at the end of the program.
