Mr. Dezenhall is the author of "Nail 'em!": Confronting High-Profile Attacks on Celebrities and Businesses, published by Prometheus Books. The book grew out of his experiences as the founder of Nichols-Dezenhall, a damage control firm headquartered in Washington, DC. Mr. Dezenhall talked about what he calls "the modern culture of attack." He speculated about which celebrities and corporations are vulnerable to allegations of immorality or illegality, discussed how he advises clients in such situations, and illuminated several recent examples, including "attacks" on Pepsi and Kathie Lee Gifford.
