Darrell Mills, Bureau Chief, U.S. Center, Interpol chronicled the inception and development of INTERPOL, the International Criminal Police Organization. He talked about how the 154 member countries interact according to their own countries' laws and procedures. Each country has a national bureau to coordinate its efforts. Their functions include developing methods for rapid exchange of international criminals and improving procedures for arresting and removing criminals to the country where they are to stand trial. close
