Susan Wicklund talked about her book, This Common Secret: My Journey as an Abortion Doctor, in which she recounts her twenty-year career as a doctor performing abortions. She detailed her entry into the field of women’s reproductive health issues and chronicled the clinics and people that she worked with throughout her career. She also spoke about the political and social ramifications of abortion. Afterwards she answered questions from members of the audience.
