A dedication ceremony was held for the new Calvin Coolidge Museum and Education Center at the historic site where he was born and sworn in as president. Numerous state dignitaries attended along with members of the Coolidge family. Governor Douglas provided the keynote remarks. Diane Martin sang the Vermont state song, which she composed.
