Randall Robinson, executive director of TransAfrica, delivered the keynote address to a Black History Month celebration sponsored by the Association for the Study of Afro-American Life and History. Following brief remarks on black history by several speakers and a brief performance by the Howard University choir, Mr. Robinson reflected on the necessity for learning black history and related the importance of history on current government and social policy. close
